1.2. Damage During Transportation: If your product is damaged during transportation, you are eligible for a refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the refund process.

2.1. Proof of Damage: To process your refund request, we require proof of damage. This may include photographs or videos of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in. Please include detailed descriptions of the damage.

2.2. Original Packaging: Whenever possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

3. Refund Process

3.2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not return any products without an RA number, as this may delay your refund.

3.3. Shipping the Product: Once you receive your RA number, securely package the product, including all original packaging and accessories, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged during transportation.

3.4. Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the damage. If the product is found to be damaged as reported, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Methods

4.1. Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

6. Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your damaged product for a new one, please follow the same process outlined above. Once we receive and inspect the damaged product, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost.
